Lepley Nutrition

Personalized nutrition coaching

I’ve gained 50 pounds. I’ve also been dangerously underweight.

I build plans for the middle. Custom macros and meal structure, made by hand around your body, your training, and the food you actually want to eat. High protein. Low bloat. No crash deficits.

Applications are free. You only pay once I’ve read yours and confirmed I can help.

Built by hand

Every plan. No generator, no AI.

Delivered in 48 to 72 hours

From intake to inbox.

No checkout button

I read your application first.

No crash deficits

Built off your current intake.

The problem

Why the last four plans didn’t stick.

It probably wasn’t discipline. Most plans are built to be sold, not followed.

They ignore what you already eat

A plan that deletes every food you like is a plan you quit in nine days. Yours gets built off your current intake.

They cut calories way too hard

Aggressive deficits burn muscle and wreck your energy. You lose the strength you worked for and you are hungry the whole time. I build the smallest deficit that still works.

They hand you one rigid template

Same six meals forever, no room for a birthday dinner or a late shift. You get options and a swap guide instead.

They never change

Your body adapts. A static PDF cannot. That is the entire reason adjustments are built into how this works.

How it works

Three steps. No mystery.

  1. 01About 2 minutes

    You send a short application

The basics plus the one thing you are most stuck on. Short on purpose. I am not asking for your medical history before I have even told you whether I can help.

  2. 02within 48 hours

I read it and write back

Every one, myself. If I can help, you get a payment link and the full questionnaire. If I cannot, I tell you that and point you somewhere better. You hear back either way.

  3. 0348 to 72 hours after intake

Full intake, then I build it

Now the long questions. Allergies, budget, digestion, shift patterns, foods you refuse to eat, what has made you quit before. Then I build the plan by hand off those answers.

What lands in your inbox

A document you’ll actually open twice.

Not a two page PDF with a calorie number on it. Here is the full contents of every plan I build.

  • Calorie and macro targets calculated off your height, weight, activity and goal
  • 3 to 4 options each for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks
  • Pre workout fueling and post workout recovery meals
  • A 7 day grocery list, sorted by aisle
  • Meal timing around your training and your work day
  • A substitution guide so you can eat out without derailing

Why me

I’ve been on both ends of this. Not one.

Hey, I’m Kaylie. Most people handing out nutrition advice have only ever solved this in one direction. They needed to eat less, or they needed to eat more. I’ve needed both, four years apart.

I gained over 50 pounds during COVID. I didn’t starve my way back down. I built a structure, held it for months, and rebuilt properly.

Then in college I overcorrected. Stress took the wheel, I got dangerously underweight, and I lost my period. Hypothalamic amenorrhea. Getting that back meant learning how to actually fuel a body instead of just shrinking one. That part changed how I coach more than anything else.

So when you tell me you’re scared to eat more, or that you’ve been stuck at the same weight for a year, it isn’t theory to me. I’ve been in both chairs.

When the plan stalls, I look for the broken input

Athlete

Competing since childhood, still training daily

The philosophy

Eat enough to build something.

Crash deficits, banned-food lists and rigid templates all work for about three weeks. Then you quit and blame yourself. Structure and honest math keep working.

  • Keeping the muscle you already built
  • Losing fat without wrecking your energy
  • Eating enough to actually train
  • Food you will still be eating in six months

The food

This is what eating on plan looks like.

These are my meals. Not props, not stock photos. Nothing here is a styled plate you’d never actually make on a Tuesday.

High-protein whole-food meal prepared for nutrition coaching clients
Balanced meal example with protein, carbs, and healthy fats
Prepared whole-food meal option from structured nutrition planning
Macro-friendly meal built for performance and recovery
Flexible high-protein meal idea with balanced macros

Before you spend money

Three things I’d rather you hear from me.

Every coaching page you’ve read today buried this stuff. Here is mine, up front, where it costs me something.

I am not a registered dietitian.

No RD, no CN, no nutrition degree. This is coaching, not medical care, and it is not a substitute for your doctor. If you have a medical condition, an eating disorder history, or you are pregnant, talk to a physician first. I will tell you when something is outside what I should be handling.

I do not have client testimonials on this page yet.

I started taking paying clients recently. I could fill this space with stock photos and invented quotes. Plenty of sites do. I would rather show you nothing than show you something fake. So instead of quotes, there is a complete sample plan on this site. Read the whole thing and judge me on the work.

I cannot promise you a number on the scale.

Nobody honest can. Results depend on how consistently you execute, your starting point, your sleep, your stress, and your training. What I control is the quality of the plan and how fast I answer you.

Questions

The things people ask before applying.

More of them are answered on the program page.

Are you a certified nutritionist or dietitian?

No. No RD, no CN, no nutrition degree. I am not going to dress that up. What I have instead is this. I have rebuilt my own body from both directions, 50 pounds up and then dangerously far down, and I know what both of those feel like from the inside. I have been building plans for friends and training partners since 2020, most of that unpaid. And I am a systems person by training, so when a plan stops working I go looking for the broken input instead of telling you to try harder. Talk to your doctor before you start anything new. I mean that.

What exactly do I get for my money?

Rather than list it, go read one. There is a full sample plan on this site with the client details removed, and it is the same document you would get, built off your answers instead of theirs. Short version: your calorie and macro targets, 3 to 4 options for every meal, pre and post workout fueling, a 7 day grocery list sorted by aisle, meal timing, a swap guide for eating out, and Q and A access with me.

How long until I get my plan?

48 to 72 hours from the day you send back the full questionnaire, not from the day you apply. If a build is going to take me longer than that, I tell you before you pay, not after.

Do I have to track macros forever?

No. Tracking early is how you learn what portions actually look like, and I will show you how if you have never done it. The goal is that you stop needing the app. If tracking is a bad idea given your history with food, say so on the questionnaire and I will build it without numbers.

What if I have allergies or foods I refuse to eat?

The full questionnaire asks about allergies, intolerances, foods you avoid, foods you love, your budget and your digestion. Your plan is built off those answers. If I cannot build something workable inside your restrictions, I will tell you that instead of taking your money.

What if the plan does not fit once I start?

Tell me and I will fix it. The Structured Plan includes one revision inside 14 days. The two week tier includes two macro adjustments and two weeks of back and forth. A plan you cannot actually follow is a failed plan, and that is on me to correct.

Send the application. Worst case, I tell you I’m not the right fit.

It takes about ten minutes. It costs nothing. I read every single one myself.
